EOV, well-known with many renowned Chilean wine exporters as supplier of their fine quality wine grapes, has grown in the last years to become an important wine exporter itself. EOV has been cultivating the finest vine stocks over the last 15 years in Marchigue, located at the west of the Colchagua Valley, known for the fresher wines as influenced by the coastal Pacific winds. The Colchagua Valley itself was recognized by Wine Enthusiast-edition 2005, as the best wine growing area in the world. Owning 30. 000 ha of this fine land for more than 100 years, EOV has selected the best area for planting their 2. 800 ha of vines making them the second largest own-estate Chilean grower. Bodega La Esperanza, our winery built in 2000 / 2001 with the latest technology for modern day winemaking, disposes a capacity of 35 million liter.
